There are a whole host of EU initiatives to do with transport, covering a wide range of fields: the Green Deal, the ‘Fit for 55’ package, the review of the TEN-T Regulation, the ITS Directive, and more. The stakes are high, given the need to preserve the environment and combat climate change. Last January, France took on the presidency of the European Union.
