Road and rail transport in France employ some 260,000 people, and are major recruiters. In addition to driving, skills are being sought in the fields of energy, telecoms, civil engineering, security, maintenance, customer marketing, and more. Despite this broad range of jobs and good prospects (permanent contracts, full-time employment, training, etc.), the sector struggles to appeal to candidates.
