Public mobility services are firmly embedded in society and in daily life for many people in France. Criss-crossing towns and creating links between cities and regions, they offer transport solutions for all throughout the country. As a result, these services nurture social and territorial cohesion, as well as helping to address the ecological challenge.

The health crisis has had a severe impact on the sector, even as it seeks to obtain recognition for how it benefits society, economic development, and the environment.
