For the exhibition, you have two separate spaces both private, to manage your involvement.

- Send off plans for validation.
- Sign the insurance declaration.
- Validate the stand layout (for fitted stands).
- Place aditional orders (site watch, stores, electricity units, groceries…)
- Declare your exhibitor name. This name will be used to identify you on all media: on your stand sign, on the plan, and in the online catalogue. This must be done no later than 2 May.
- Complete your catalogue page.
- Collect your exhibitor passes.
